Job Details:

  • Process pre-pay requests and invoices in Glovia
  • Daily cash reconciliation
  • Maintain credit hold/ priority list for payment
  • Reconcile weekly freight invoices with the purchasing department
  • Setting up new vendors
  • Send accounts receivable statements to customers and follows up as needed
  • Maintain vendor W9 documentation
  • Prepare and complete year-end 1099 miscellaneous, researching items as needed
  • Process I/C Netting between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with preparation for audits
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Accounting preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
  • Must speak, read, and write in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Must work overtime as needed
