Job Details:

  • Second shift, Monday - Thursday
  • 2:00 pm - 12:30 am

  • Schedule all outbound carriers
  • Prepare and separate selection labels
  • Distribute nightly work assignments for selection
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Record and file all shipping documents
  • Monitor the system for chase pick runs, replenishments, and completed routes
  • Organizing paperwork and preparing shipping documents
  • Maintain outbound shipping log
  • Answer phones and distribute calls
  • Back-up to Distribution Center Coordinator
  • Some inventory control functions such as back order resolution and scheduling inventory counts
  • Run various SAP reports and documents
  • Some inbound delivery receiving documents
Position Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to record measurements whether in number, dimension, size, or weight
  • Ability to learn and operate SAP system
  • Ability to operate PC/Data Terminal
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
