Job Details:

  • Third shift, Sunday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

  • You will check loom roll ticket and check loom stop motions
  • Identify materials according to specification wrap and filling
  • Check roll hourly for non-conforming fabric or other non-conforming situations
  • At the doff make sure tabby is woven to specification is written on tabby
  • Pull over creel after tie-in or style change, check picks per inch and roll width vs. spec.
  • Flag loom with mechanical issues for loom fixer
  • Perform all cleaning duties required for the weaving job
  • Blow off looms correctly to prevent lint waste in drop wires, reed and tuckers.


Position Requirements:

  • Required to stand an extended time
  • May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great attendance and punctual
